Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Please note that Couriers Please are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

For the last few years I've had very dry, sore lips, no lip balm/treatment has provided me with relief until now! This product is amazing, my lips feel smooth and healthy after 3 days of use. It's a little expensive but definitely worth it. A little goes a long way so should last me a few months. Better than wasting money on numerous other lip balms that don't do anything!
