Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. The product is fantastic value and only outshone by the speedy service and delivery. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Would be good if there was a pump available for the bottle.

The shampoo has a very nice scent to it and cleans the wax out of my hair quite well. I use it daily with no issues.

This shampoo does not deliver what is expected. It does not moisturise enough and leaves residue behind.

250ml/8.4oz: I find this shampoo very moisturising on my hair and even more so with the matching conditioner. It does not irritate my scalp like most other shampoos do. I find I always come back to this product.

250ml/8.4oz: Great shampoo - brings up squeaky clean hair without drying it out. I wash my hair around once a week. Used with the Hydre conditioner.
