Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. This is second time I order this item. Love it! The price is reasonable compare to other brands with product do its job properly which it acts as a first moisturizing step right after I wash my face. The smell of rose and raspberry also make me feel so relax while applying with cotton pad. I then use with their other face moisturizer (My payot nuit for nightime and Hydra 24+creme glacee for daytime). My face stays glowing and hydrated through out day & nights. I strongly recommend payot product to everyone.

I use this lotion as a toner and apply to a cleansed face. The raspberry and pineapple extracts leaves my face and neck clean and soft. I especially like the fact that it contains no alcohol so it moisturises at the same time.
