Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Please note that Couriers Please are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

This is my second order of this product as I found it so effective. I love the benefits experienced, along with the ease of use, rubbing a little on my temples, nape and wrists at bedtime, on airline flights, or when I take time out to relax. As I travel a great deal for work, a second one fits into my travel bag and routine perfectly.

This stuff works like magic. Whenever I feel a little stressed due to anxiety, I just pop this on my temples and take a deep breath. I use this when I do yoga. Really relaxes my mind.

I love this treatment. I suffer from mild anxiety and this is like calm in a bottle. How I use Peace of Mind: I pump a little on my pointer finger, rub my pointer fingers together, breath in the pepperminty goodness for a minute, then I rub it on my temples, behind my ears and down my neck. It is great for travel as well!
