Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Absolutely love this product. Ive only been using it for 2 weeks now and Wow Amazing. My hair was extremely dry due to colouring and getting a bit thin due to menapause. I have been using this terrific product for around four years and can't praise it enough. I have fine hair, but a lot of it and have had problems with split ends my entire life, but 'Its A 10' has helped me to manage this proble, it's also great for protecting hair from heat damage via blow drying etc. My only gripe is that it's a very difficult product to source via Australia and costly to purchase via overseas and restocks can take a long time. 10, out of 10, product!

Bought it in NY and loved it so ordered it in Australia. I have fine hair and this product does not weigh it down. Like the soft feeling it gives. They could improve the spray dispenser as it dribbles out, but first bottle was like that. I would give it 5 start if this was fixed.

Very happy with this product. I am a natural brunette and had recently gone ombre with my hair and was not prepared for how dry and damaged my ends were going to be!! My hair just couldn't handle it! I had already read several reviews on this product and it sounded great. I use it every time after washing and conditioning my hair. It leaves my hair soft and silky. The smell is pleasant but not too overbearing. The good thing is you can also use this product as a heat protestant before blow drying or straightening your hair too. I would buy again!
