Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. I've used this toner twice now and I should have never repurchased it again. I didn't like it the first time I tried it a few years ago so I thought I'd give it another go. This clarifying toner/lotion is SO drying and the smell is horrible. Normally the scent of products never phases me but this smells like you're applying straight up vodka or methylated spirits to your face. This goes to show how much alcohol is probably in this thing, which overdryed my oily combination skin. You may as well just use rubbing alcohol as your toner because that's pretty much what this is.

This is also a great price, as delivery is free.
Have never had any problems...I always check cosmetics now first.

400ml/13.4oz: I changed my Clarifying Lotion form #3 to #4 and reduced the amount of oil in my t-zone dramatically! Thanks to this...I don't have oily t-zone anymore.
