Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Been using this cleanser for over a year and notice improved skin condition. There is definitely less breakouts and skin doesn't feel tight/dry after cleansing. This product is best used with a facial foamer. Definitely recommend trying.

Foams well and you only need a little bit. Great to use w the foaming brush. Gentle on the skin.

Tried this cleanser for the first time and loved it. Leaves skin soft and supple, without the over-drying tight feeling. Very gentle on sensitive skin.

I have been a Shiseido user for almost 10 years. I've tried to go to other brands, but nothing works like Shiseido on my skin. I often enjoy comments about how young I look and how beautiful my skin is by family and friends. I highly recommend it.
