Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. I have been using Philip Knightley Body Building Shampoo and Moisture Balancing Conditioner for sometime and both are excellent. I've heard so much about the Elasticizer that I decided to try it. I've used it twice and I'm very pleased with it. It doesn't weigh my fine hair down and washes out well. But like any long-term conditioning product, it will probably take longer to show the full benefits with more use and I'm looking forward to using it more often. The service from Cosmetics Now was terrific and the delivery quicker than I expected.
