Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Please note that Couriers Please are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

So far so good. After reading muliple reviews I did a patch test on my cheeks and chin last night - as my skin can be sensitive. The product did sting for 10 minutes, however on waking this AM my skin was smooth and soft with no redness to be found. I have normal to combination skin.

Its a decent product but bit drying. Do not use on irritated skin at all.
