PHGG is different to guar gum because it is pre-digested- using hydrolysation reducing its thickening actions but keeping the same gut-loving properties.
As PHGG ferments slowly it is FODMAP friendly making it ideal for those who are sensitive to other great but rapid fermenting fibres like inulin and fructooligosaccharides.
