Soft: I'm not a fan of this but it could be because I've never used a gel brow definer before, I had high expectations and after testing it out I found it to be a bit difficult to work with as it clumps up a bit and it didn't fill in very well and didn't last long, the colour was great but unfortunately this will be a product I wont be repurchasing, will continue to use and hopefully change mind but first impression isn't so great.

Fair: Beautiful product. Suits my ash blonde hair tone well. I use it with a fine brush, small amounts at a time & adding if I need more. A little goes a long way - if you put it on too thickly it will clump, but multiple fine brush strokes give a natural look that lasts until I remove it at night.
