How to use:1.
Press and hold the power button for more than 2 seconds to turn on the device.

On the settings screen briefly press the power button to select the desired mode.

Briefly press the intensity adjustment button to set intensity (Level 13).

Press and hold the intensity adjustment button on the settings screen to start the selected mode.
