  • How to use:Put the bead bag into the cover.
  • How to warm up:Place it flat on a washed plate still in the cover and place it in the center of the microwave.
  • Heat in the microwave at 500-600W.

  • How to cool:Place in a plastic bag and chill in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
