How to use:Cut the floss to a length of about 40 cm wrap it around the index fingers of both hands and pull it taut keeping the space between your fingers 6 cm.
Pass the floss between your teeth and slowly move it up and down.
When moving to the next tooth shift the floss about 3 cm so that the new floss touches the tooth.
