Don`t rub it in.
Let sit 45 seconds (a little longer if cuticle is thick or overgrown).
Then use the included cuticle pusher to gently push back the cuticle growth and remove it from the nail plate.
Wash thoroughly with water when finished.
Be gentle when pushing back the cuticle.
If there is excessive growth don`t try to remove all of it at once.
Remove what easily comes off then reapply and repeat the process as needed.
For optimal results apply after soaking cuticles or after bathing.
