Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.
This item can also be sent via Couriers Please or Startrack. It will arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch for capitol cities and major centers. Shipping via this method is surcharged to remote and rural areas, please note the final shipping price in checkout as it is based on your delivery address. Please note that Couriers Please are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

Fantastic product which I’ve used for the last 15 years. Really disappointed with Clinique that they have now discontinued the facial soap (bar). Searched for it everywhere before finding it here. Mild (with dish): I've used this product to wash my face morning and night for many years. It doesn't dry your skin like other soaps can and leaves your face feeling clean and free of makeup (although I do use a makeup remover beforehand).

This is a good product which I used for years but it is awkward to use and transport. I swapped to the foaming wash as soon as it was released because it cleans as well, if not better than the soap, and the tube is much more user-friendly. Only for the hard-core soap lovers.

Oily Skin Formula (With Dish): Very gentle on the skin, perfect for after having a shower and before going to bed. It's not harsh on the skin, but I would recommend using a make removing soap before using this product.

Mild (Refill): Have used this soap for many years - I like the feel of washing my face with a soap and this one leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. I use it twice a day and wouldn't use anything else.

Extra Mild (With Dish): Have been using this product for many years, leaves my skin feeling soft and supple, not dry like other soap cleansing products. Bought the "liquid facial soap extra mild" to try recently, as this soap is not convenient when travelling, but did not like the liquid version, just doesn't clean as well as this soap. This soap doesn't leave a feeling of "residue" on the face like the liquid version.

Mild (Refill): Was so happy to find you had some of this soap in stock, as Clinique have discontinued after stocking is since the 80’s! My mother has used it since she was 18 and so have I we were heartbroken to here they stopped. After much googling I found you had some!! Please please try and restock! X
