Tracked shipping is made via Australia Post eParcel. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery usually occurs within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Some small items have an untracked postal option to allow for savings on shipping and arrive within 4-6 business days. Express is available on some items and will arrive in 1-2 business days of dispatch. Tracking is usually avaliable from the day of dispatch.

My hairdresser recommended this product to me to help with my hair thinning and bald patches and I have been using it for about 4 months and new hair growth has already started. You only need to use a small amount of the conditioner which is great. This conditioner has left my hair very soft and has reduced the amount of hair loss daily since using this product combined with the shampoo. 300ml/10.1oz: In the past, I have not been keen to use volumising products for fear of sticky or limp hair however, as my hairdresser recommended this brand, I invested. So far, I'm pleased with the result - you need very little of the product to extend through the hair (I have long hair and typically need lots of conditioner), it doesn't effect the colour and in fact seems to enhance it and, it definitely enhances the volume in a nice, natural way without any impression of residue. I think the volumising has also improved the styling of my hair too - presumably something is left on the hair shaft which may also help hold shape. This conditioner doesn't work well in the typical way, ie. it doesn't make the hair smooth for easy combing so I have continued to use Tamanu Oil to help make my hair comb-able but have been using that for a while so the improvement in volume and styling is due to the new conditioner. Not sure if it's also helping reduce hair thinning yet as it's too soon to tell - I will do a review of the shampoo later and give you my impression of that aspect of the product. Buy it, would be my advice - good value for money.
